One of the most noticeable features of the Overview page is the Top 5 Challenges your Pilots are Experiencing section. In this section, you can view the more challenging training events that will show where there are opportunities for improvement based on telemetry.

1. Telemetry Data
To view the challenges based on Telemetry data, refer to the meters on the left side of the section. The data highlights the events with the most exceedances.
2. Company Meter
The blue bar shows the occurrence percentage of exceedances generated by the trainees of your company.
3. Aircraft Meter
The red triangles shows you where the exceedances were generated by aircraft type.
