Icons, Features and Course Details
Training events are available once your reservation is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation via email. Once received, your training events will be available on the Training page.

There are 4 icon tiles on a training event.
Pre-check-in: The pre-check-in button allows you to gain time on your training day at the Training Center by providing the documents needed to access your training. To learn more about the process, please consult The Pre-Check-In Process (US) – CAE.
Schedule: Ground classes and exams are made available as soon as your reservation is confirmed. SIM sessions details will be displayed 7 days prior to the training start. Until then, SIM sessions are greyed out. Visit the Navigating the Schedule – CAE to learn more.
Training center: This icon opens a link to the home page of the location of the training. Information about the specific training center and its details are available.
Directions: This icon gives you the directions to your training.
If you click on the training event tile, you will be redirected to the course summary page. On this page, you can find the same 4 icons along with any necessary study material documents. If there are online lessons linked with this reservation, a summary is shown under the “Mandatory Modules” section. Mandatory online trainings and computer-based trainings along with their reference materials are listed in that section.
Note: Online lessons are only available by clicking on the training tile. They are NOT available through the library tab on the sidebar.
