If you completed your CBT lessons, but your progress has not been synced, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Important:
You must listen to the entire audio of a slide for each lesson and module to record your full progress. Otherwise, your modules may not be marked as completed.
Saving Lesson Progress
For iOS users:
1. After completing a lesson, make sure to exit the lesson using the "X" or “Exit” buttons on the top right of the app as seen below. This is to make sure that your progress is recorded properly.
NOTE:
It’s important not to exit the app by pressing on the home screen or force-closing it, otherwise, your progress may be lost.
2. You will get a confirmation that your progress was successfully synced once you're back on the course details page (see green message below). If you are offline, your progress will be synced once you're back online.
For Web users:
1. After completing a lesson, make sure to exit the lesson using the "X" or “Exit” button on the top right as seen below. This is to make sure that your progress is recorded properly.
NOTE:
It’s important not to close the browser. You must first use the “X” or “Exit” button to close the lesson. Close the window when indicated to do so. Do not leave the lesson open if you're not going through the lesson. Leaving the lesson open (window open) will result in your session timing out and your progress not being tracked.
2. Once you're back on the "Course Details" page, you will notice that your progress was synced.
