To access a lesson, click on the training event tile. Lessons are only available through the tile; they will NOT be visible through the Library tab on the sidebar.
Lesson launch might be prevented by popup blockers. Make sure popups are allowed by within your web browser.
If you are using the iOS app, try force quitting and relaunching the app, while ensuring that you are online. Follow these steps on how to quit and reopen an app on iPhone.
