Pre-Check-In in Crew Training Application
The pre-check-in process will help you gain some time on your training day at the Training Centre. In the comfort of your home, you will be able to provide information needed by our team that will let you access your training.
Once your account is created, you will be able to go through the pre-check-in process using the "Pre-Check-in" button on your reservation tile.
We recommend to complete your pre-check-in a few days before travelling to the training center.
Please note pre-check-in is currently only available on Crew Training WEB.
Pre-Check-In Procedure
1. Fill out your personal information.
2. Complete the citizenship and residency section. This information is required for Export Control process.
3. Upload a copy of your passport with the expiration date.
4. Upload the front and back pictures of all your pilot license(s).
5. Upload a picture of your medical certificate.
6. Upload a copy of your VISA, if applicable for you training. If not, you can click NEXT.
7. Provide your Hotel information, in case of emergency or schedule change.
8. Review the information you provided.
9. Submit your pre-check-in information. Once submitted, the QR code will be display and send by email. This QR code will be needed once you are at the Training Center.
Please note that if a TSA is required for your upcoming training, you will not get a QR code and will need to go to the front desk.

Note: When uploading the document, ensure that they are not expired and that all the information on the documents is clear and visible. All the documents will be reviewed and approved by the training center team. If any of the documents are not approved, you will need to visit the reception desk, which can affect your check-in time and slow down the overall process. |
First Day of Training
On the kiosk application in the training centre, select Pre Check-in/Scan QR Code and follow the steps below.
- Scan the QR code received at the end of your pre-check-in.
- Take a picture of your passport or government photo ID.
- Verify your identity through facial recognition.
- Receive your badge by clicking the “Print My Badge” button.
