Your badge grants you access in and out of the facility. That is why it must always be visible and in your possession until the end of your stay.
You will get your QR code after completing your pre-check-in using the Crew Training application. This QR code will not be active until you complete your check-in process at the kiosk or at the front desk. At the end of the check-in process, you will receive a printed badge and/or an email with your QR code.
Having a QR code and completing your pre-check-in before arriving to the training center will save you time once you are on site.
If you didn't receive an invitation to pre-check-in for your reservation, you will still be able to go through the Check-In Process to collect and activate your badge.
If your badge is lost, you could use your QR code at the kiosk to reprint it or visit the front desk for assistance.
