When a client performs a task that does not meet the standard requirement, they will receive a below standard grade of 1 or 2.
Grades of 1 and 2 are identified with a dark red background and require an additional
explanation, whereas a standard grade of 3 does not. Refer to the following for more details.

You can choose a grade of 1 or 2. Your choice will open the Competencies window. - Competencies Window
This window will allow you to provide a reason for the grade that has been given. - Justify Later
If you do not have time to provide a reason, click the JUSTIFY LATER
button and keep grading. - Given Grade
This represents the grade that has been given to the current task. - Technical
If the standard was not achieved for technical reasons, choose a justification within this section. - Non-Technical
If the standard was not achieved for non-technical reasons, choose a justification within this section. - Reset Grade
If you chose a below standard grade by mistake, click the RESET GRADE button.
