Grading Below Standard

When a client performs a task that does not meet the standard requirement, they will receive a below standard grade of 1 or 2.

Grades of 1 and 2 are identified with a dark red background and require an additional
explanation, whereas a standard grade of 3 does not. Refer to the following for more details.

1. Grades
   You can choose a grade of 1 or 2. Your choice will open the Competencies window.
   
   
2. Competencies Window
   This window will allow you to provide a reason for the grade that has been given.
   
   
3. Justify Later
   If you do not have time to provide a reason, click the JUSTIFY LATER
   button and keep grading.
   
   
4. Given Grade
   This represents the grade that has been given to the current task.
   
   
5. Technical
   If the standard was not achieved for technical reasons, choose a justification within this section.
   
   
6. Non-Technical
   If the standard was not achieved for non-technical reasons, choose a justification within this section.
   
   
7. Reset Grade
   If you chose a below standard grade by mistake, click the RESET GRADE button.
