Upcoming Sessions Overview

Once you’re logged in, you will have access to the Upcoming Sessions screen where you can view all the information available about a training session.

Here you will see your schedule for the next five days plus any completed sessions from the past three days.

Sessions scheduled beyond 24hrs are greyed out and can only be previewed.

1. User Account
   This is where you can access you user account where you’ll be able to find helpful article or logout from the session.
   
   
2. Session Date
   This represents the date of the session located right next to it. If the date is greyed out, the session can only be previewed.
   
   
3. Session Details
   You’ll be able to find the training session details here, such as location, time, training type and more.
   
   
4. Clients
   This lists the name of the clients that will go through the training.
   
   
5. Session Type
   This lets you know what type of training session this is: Full Flight Simulator, Flight Training Device or classroom.
   
   
6. Status
   This tells you whether the session status is Grading, Ready to Grade or in Preview.
