TDMS - Instructor Portal - Some Approved Documents are Missing

Issue

All approved documents not displayed to some users of TDMS publishing site (instructor training portal) https://caeportal.sharepoint.com/sites/tdms-publishing/SitePages/Home.aspx

Solution (per CGI 10 October 2021)

It seems that the TDMS issue is related to cookies no longer being allowed on the training package page.

In chrome this may be fixed by first going into the settings:

Go in the privacy and security tab, select cookies and other site data:

From there, select allow all cookies:

And that should do the trick.

For edge users:

Go to settings:

From the settings page, go in the cookies and site permissions tab and select Manage and delete cookies and site data

From there, make sure the first option is enabled and the second one is disabled, as pictured below:
