With the new login experience, you would have received an email inviting you to set up a new password to complete your account upgrade process.
Account Upgrade Steps
1. You would have received an email invitation asking you to set up a new password.
- If you didn't receive an email invitation or if you missed it, you can login to https://myportal.cae.com/ or the CAE Crew Training iOS app to complete the upgrade process by following the on-screen steps.
New account upgrade email example:
2. Click on the "Reset Password" button from the email to direct you to CAE's new login experience.
3. Enter your existing email address with CAE Account and click on "Next" to visit the New Account Upgrade page.
4. Click on "Next" to receive an email to reset your password. You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code.
5. Insert the 6-digit verification code on the Password Reset page.
6. Once on the Password Reset page, you can create your new password using 8 or more characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
7. Once your new password is created, accept the updated terms of use.
8. You will then be redirected to CAE Crew Training and you can now use the application.
