What Do I Do If I Tried to Log In and Received a “0Auth Error” Message?

The error message below means that your session has expired. This can happen when the login process times out.

How to Resolve the Issue

Web:

1. Clear cookies/cache in browser.
2. Re-open a new window by accessing CAE Crew Training Web once again.
3. If the URL is bookmarked, start a fresh link by referring to the bookmark and clicking "Edit". Insert the fresh link into the bookmark and save it.

iOS (Apple):

1. Restart the app. If this doesn't work, please reinstall the app.
2. Log in again.
