How to Setup my eTCA Account?

Once the training has been confirmed, the experience starts with a new user account. Follow the steps below to get started.

1. You will receive an email with the subject “Activate your new CAE Account’’
   If you can’t find the email, refer to the article:  I'm not receiving CAE emails.     
   
            
                             
2. Initial Setup and Password Creation
   Click on the “Set your Password” button to activate the account.  Once the password is set, users will be able to login.
   
   
3. Login to eTCA using the credentials received via email.

4. You are now logged in! The courses and training center information is directly available online.
