Training Confirmation
Once the training reservation is created by the Account Executive, users will receive an email with a link to their eTCA session. They will then be able to fill out the TCA form and select their training options.
eTCA Sent Confirmation
After a successful submission of their TCA, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to check their TCA status.
eTCA Updates
Unless the TCA is already approved by the Account Executive, users will still be able to log into their eTCA and update it. After an update, they will receive an email that summarizes their updated values.
