If you have an ADMIN or Records role, the records section gives you access to the list of records as they relate to each existing reservation. This section is broken down into three different tabs based on records status:

Available: a digital record is available and can be downloaded.

Not available online: records that take seven or more days to be published will have a change in status from pending to not available online. If needed, a new copy can be requested by clicking on the reservation line item, then clicking on You can request a copy within the side panel.
- Pending: a record’s status is pending up until three business days after the training end date. After three business days, if a digital version of the record is not available, the status changes to Hard copy only.
